We target universities across the UK to ensure our advertisement reaches graduates directly.
Our candidate application process is done via a secure website with thorough online testing using verified attitude and reasoning testing.
The team will review and shortlist applications undertaking initial interviews to provide you with the top candidates for the role.
Assessment centres are organised by ourselves, with the team informing candidates of all details throughout the process, preparing and facilitating all activities including paperwork and documents for Hiring Managers.
Admin support is provided by the team in communication with your HR department to expedite the graduate on-boarding.
We will give ongoing pastoral support throughout the 2-year period to the graduate. The team also undertake regular progress reviews and offer a comprehensive, developmental training programme.
The team will give you regular alerts to consider the possibility of a permanent role for the graduate within your department/organisation. If you are unable to place the graduate in a suitable role we will work with you, and them, to assist in finding a position for them to apply within another organisation in the NHS.
